Establishment
Thai Cultural Council in Mongolia (TCCM) was officially established in 2024 under the approval of the Department of Cultural Promotion, Ministry of Culture, Thailand. The council was formed in accordance with the Thai Cultural Networks Abroad Act B.E. 2555 (2012), as a response to initiatives from Thai cultural networks operating overseas.

Recognition
TCCM is officially recognized and endorsed by the Department of Cultural Promotion, Ministry of Culture of Thailand, and operates under certificate number DPT2/2567.
Its operations align with Thai soft power strategies, enhancing cultural diplomacy and people-to-people relations.

Promote and disseminate Thai culture in Mongolia
Support intercultural dialogue between Thailand and Mongolia
Foster understanding, friendship, and collaboration between peoples
